I first started training with Chris at age 20. I saw the remarkable results he made with my Dad, Cam and was interested in seeking his help.
These pictures were first taken durign my sophomore year in college. I had decided to to attempt to be a "walk-on" for my college football team. Having been away from the sport since high school I know I faced tougher odds as I was going to be a junior by the time the try-outs arrived.

I had gained some extra baggage since high school and my speed had slowed. I worked with Chris for 14 weeks during the summer prior to football tryouts. As pictures reveal, my conditioning improved quite remarkably.
My strength was increased by 35%, my body fat was reduced from 16% to 6%and my speed in the 40 yard dash dropped by 2/3 second making me the 4th fastest on the team. Consequently I was recruited by several talent agencies as a physique model. Not a bad perk for a college kid who simply began to get in shape for the gridiron.
