I have always been active and worked out, but in the last 6 years I started getting heavier no matter what I tried. In July of 2009 I weighed 222 at a height of 5’7” The heaviest I’ve ever been. My body fat percentage was almost 30 percent my weight. I started watching my diet and worked hard in the gym, but only managed to get down to 216 and got stuck. I started working with Chris in December of 2009. Chris laid out a specific meal plan, explaining to me why I needed the ratio of Protein, Carbs, and Fats that he designed. I was a cardio junkie. Chris explained to me that although cardio was important, lifting weights was VITAL in changing my body composition. Chris never made workouts routine. I would ask him how many different ways did he know how to train my muscles? He would just chuckle. It seems Chris never runs out of ways to make working out an interesting experience. By February 2011 (11 ½ months after I started with Chris) I lost 39 lbs. My strength increased almost twofold. My bodyfat went from approximately 30 percent to roughly 14 percent. My pants size dropped from a 40 inch waist to a 33. My goal is is 165lbs. With Chris’ help, I should be there by July 2011. Chris’ encouragement and coaching has been invaluable to me. I feel fantastic, constantly get compliments from people I haven’t seen in a while, and have learned a new way of life. My cholesterol levels and blood pressure have dropped so significantly that my Doctor is astounded. Chris’ guidance has done more for my health than any medication the doctors have prescribed for me. I tell everyone, if you work with Chris, the only sacrifices you will make are poor health and bad habits. Thanks Chris
