I have been a personal trainer for approximately 25 years.  During those years, I've come across many fitness/strength trainers.  As I trained myself in various gyms, I would watch trainers working with clients and critique them, looking for a trainer that had the skill and experience to train myself.  

When I first observed Chris, I knew he was an outstanding trainer.  He appeared knowledgeable and professional .  Two years ago, I asked Chris to train me on specific muscle groups that I felt I needed to improve.  

After speaking to Chris, I discovered how knowledgeable he is about strength training and nutrition. He well-versed on the appropriate supplementation and has advised me on my personal nutrition.  He has the ability to work with athletes as well as individuals just starting a fitness program. He excels at motivation and understands how important it is to change workouts to stimulate growth.

 I've had a handful of trainers work with me over the years and Chris is by far the most effective individual I've come across.  I continue to train with Chris a couple times a week and look forward to the next workout we have together.
