My story is like most - I grew up with little education when it came to eating healthy and exercising. This lack of knowledge led me to a life of unhealthy eating and little to no motivation to even obtain a gym membership. After relocating to New York for work, I celebrated my 25th birthday and realized that my 5’1” frame was now tipping the scale at 172 lbs. This was a wake up call. I joined the gym but had little direction, I was doing cardio, little to no weight training. Weight was coming off slowly but I was hitting brick wall after brick wall.

I was introduced to Chris Cosich in October and shortly there after had my initial consultation with him. He educated me on why my body wasn’t reacting the way I wanted it to. He showed me what my diet should consist of to obtain optimum weight loss. I started training with Chris - or Yoda as I called him - three times a week. We would typically focus on a muscle group a session, the workouts were never the same and always enjoyable. The highlight of my day was being able to spend that hour with Chris. He was not only a trainer but a friend. He helped me deal with weight loss not only on a physical level but emotional as well. The last time I checked my weight I was down to 132 lbs - Right at the 40 lbs loss mark. I am extremely happy with the person I have become and I credit the majority of that to Chris, his guidance and kindness. He has forever changed my life and I am so grateful to him for that.
